What is the condition of the merchandise?
The condition of each item is specified in our ratings found within the product description. An overview of the ratings can be found below:
PRISTINE: The piece is in perfect condition and appears to have never been used. It is in as-new condition
EXCELLENT: The piece is in nearly perfect condition, with only very slight signs of use
VERY GOOD: The piece has been used but has been very well cared for with no major flaws or wear
GOOD: The piece has been used and shows wear
FAIR: The piece has condition issues that may or may not be repairable

Length measures the distance across the "front" base of the bag - left to right.
Width measures the shorter "side" of the base - back to front.
Depth measures the distance from the top of the bag to the base.
Drop measures the distance from the top of the strap(s) to the body of the bag.

If you have an old pair of glasses that look good, you can easily use the measurement information stamped on them. Usually the information you need is on one of the arms or inside the bridge.
The measurements need not be exact, but the closer they are to those of your old glasses, the more the new ones will look similar on your face.
The front measurement includes the diameter of the lens and the width of the bridge measured in millimetres and usually separated by a small dash or rectangle (e.g.: 50 - 22). The lens diameter is the width of the lens, measured from the bridge, and the width of the bridge is the distance between the lenses above the nose. Sometimes, the vertical measurement of the lens and the length of the arms are also present.
To determine the correct size of your sunglasses, you need the width of the bridge, which determines how the glasses rest on your nose. But the diameter of the lens is an option of choice and is an indication of how the glasses will appear on your face.

What payment options do you offer?
Payment can be made by authorized credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
What currency will my payment be made in?
You will be charged in your local currency depending on what country you have specified upon registration. The country entered for both the billing and shipping address must match in order for the purchase to be accepted.
Can I use a foreign issued credit card?
If you are attempting to make a payment with a card that has not been issued in the country where you are shipping your item, there may be additional information required to authorize the purchase. For all orders made with foreign issued cards, please contact us by email at support@MyLuxuryCloset.com to verify your billing information.
Can I order by phone?
At this stage, MyLuxuryCloset.com only accepts orders placed online at MyLuxuryCloset.com
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
If you want to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, please contact our customer service team by email at support@MyLuxuryCloset.com within 24 hours of submitting your order. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to regular return fees. See the Returns section for more information.
Please note that if a promotional credit was used in an order that you have cancelled, the credit will not be reimbursed.
Why have I been contacted about my payment?
Due to the high value of orders, you may be contacted by our accounts department to confirm your billing information. In cases where the billing and shipping address do not match, we may require you or your credit card company to verify the purchase.
If you fail to respond to an email or telephone call requesting additional information, MyLuxuryCloset.com reserves the right to hold the shipment and/or cancel the order. Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes, in addition to shipping to the United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii, MyLuxuryCloset.com also ships to the United Kingdom and several countries in the European Union.
Which countries in the European Union do you ship to?
MyLuxuryCloset.com currently ships to most EU countries including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs are calculated automatically in the check out process, the cost will vary based on the weight, shipping method and your location. The system will confirm the final cost of shipping prior to finalizing your order.

How do you calculate sales tax?
For orders placed within Canada: The prices listed on MyLuxuryCloset.com are exclusive of tax. Federal sales tax (GST) and the relevant provincial sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
For international orders: The relevant sales tax (VAT) and duty for the country of residence will vary based on the price of each item.
When will my purchase arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on the country, province and state of residence. Typically goods will take between 10-15 business days from the time of purchase until delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return a purchase?
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased on MyLuxuryCloset.com you can return it within 10 business days from the date of delivery.
What is your refund policy?
If you decide to return your purchase, you will be given the option of either a refund or a store credit. You can use your store credit to purchase other products on the site after it has been issued. Store credits do not expire. Shipping and handling fees may apply on all return requests and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Can I exchange my purchase for another product?
Your store credit may be applied to another product but product for product swaps are not offered at this time
When will I see my credit or refund?
The time it takes for a refund to appear will depend on your credit card company or bank. Typically, a refund will appear on the client’s billing statement around 10 business days after the date of issue.
For returns, refunds will only be issued upon reception of the returned item at our final shipping warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time the item arrives at our warehouse for the refund to be issued. For more details please see Refund Policy

What items can I sell or consign?
We offer competitive prices for all "A" list authentic luxury designer goods such as Apparel, Handbags, Jewelry and Accessories. MyLuxuryCloset.com offers cash-out or consignment on the following Authentic Vintage Luxury Brands: Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada and more, all items need to be in good condition repaired and or dry cleaned, acceptance will also be based on the condition and style of the items.
The majority of these details are worked out prior to you shipping your goods however final acceptance is only made once the items are inspected and authenticated.
I live outside of Canada. Can I still sell my goods?

If I agree to the price offer, when do I receive payment for my item(s)?
Upon acceptance of the offer, MyLuxuryCloset.com will pay the seller within 10 business days via the payment method requested in the Seller Submission Form.
What happens if I don’t accept the price offered by MyLuxuryCloset.com?
If you do not accept our initial price offer, you are welcome to submit a counter offer which we will review and respond to. If you no longer wish to sell to MyLuxuryCloset.com, we will send the item(s) back to you free of charge upon expiration of the agreement.
